We had the best time tonight, and a huge part of that was thanks to our server, Marco. He greeted us with a warm smile, knew the menu inside and out, and checked on us at just the right moments. Incredible service!

Andrea was excellent!!! We’ve been there quite a couple of times, and by far the best waiter we have had!!! She went above and beyond to make our visit unforgettable!!! From beginning to end, extremely attentive, and helpful!! By having the refills right on time, making sure everything was going great, and the best part was when my kids asked for chocolate milk and there wasn’t, but without hesitation she said “I have milk and chocolate syrup if that’s okay I can make the chocolate milk that way.” Honestly other waiters have said we don’t offer it. Yet, she found a way, right away! Thank you once again Andrea!!! Can’t wait to go again and ask for you!!

Our first experience at P.F. Chang’s was absolutely incredible! Marco Cavazos provided truly exceptional service and went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. His recommendations were spot on — the honey chicken and orange chicken were delicious, and the banana roll dessert was the perfect finish. Marco was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Great service can completely elevate a dining experience, and he definitely did that for us. This is officially one of our new favorite spots, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

I want to compliment Marco Cavazos at P.F. Chang’s for his excellent service. Marco was attentive, professional, friendly, and made the entire dining experience enjoyable from start to finish. He checked in regularly, made sure everything was perfect, and provided outstanding customer service with a positive attitude. Employees like Marco truly make a difference, and his hard work and hospitality deserve recognition.

It was good experince. Our server Santiago was very poliet and fixed any mistakes that were made. I wouldn't recommend the teriyaki chicken we accidently got it anddd it wasnt something i would ever get (but maybe that's just me). The restaurant was very well decorated the only problem was the music being too loud. (Also my friends tricked me into eating the whole wasabi ball). Overall very nice experience would come again.
